When you write to us
To help us help you faster, please include:
- The email address you used at checkout.
- Approximate purchase date.
- What you need: a billing question, a reprocess request, a refund request, or a general question.
- If it's a reprocess request: a short description of the issue you noticed. No rejection notice is required for reprocesses.
- If it's a refund request: documentary evidence of the rejection is required, not optional. For online submissions, send a dated rejection notice from the reviewing authority’s system showing the applicant’s name, the case or application reference, and the photo-compliance reason cited. For in-person interviews, send a dated letter or email from the reviewing officer naming the photo as the reason for rejection, plus evidence that the printed copy used at the interview was the file you downloaded from us (a clear photograph of the printed copy alongside your order email works). Requests missing this evidence will be acknowledged but cannot be processed until evidence is supplied. See the Refund Policy for full details and deadlines.
